Why Shopify?

Reasons to switch to Shopify.

Every platform has strengths – but when growth, maintenance or scaling become bottlenecks, switching pays off.

Why switch from Shopware 5 to Shopify?

Shopware 5 is end-of-life – updates and support are gone. Shopify offers a modern, low-maintenance platform – no servers, no plugin chaos, focus on revenue.

  • End-of-life & security

Shopware 5 no longer receives regular updates. Security gaps and outdated tech become a risk – Shopify hosts and patches automatically.

  • Less maintenance

No own server, no plugin update stress, no Shopware developer needed. You focus on selling, not tech management.

  • Scale without limits

Shopify scales with your revenue – whether 100 or 100,000 orders per month. Hosting, CDN and performance included.

  • App ecosystem vs. plugin upkeep

Thousands of Shopify apps replace Shopware plugins – tested, documented and without custom code maintenance. We rebuild custom logic when needed.

Why switch from WooCommerce to Shopify?

Why switch from WooCommerce to Shopify?

WooCommerce starts cheap – but quickly becomes expensive and high-maintenance. Shopify combines store, hosting, payments and scaling in one platform.

  • Move away from WordPress dependency

Plugin conflicts, slow updates and WordPress security gaps? Shopify is a dedicated store – without CMS overhead.

  • No hidden costs

With WooCommerce, hosting, plugins, maintenance and developer hours add up. Shopify: one price, everything included – predictable and transparent.

  • Performance out of the box

Slow WooCommerce stores cost conversions. Shopify delivers fast load times, mobile optimization and global CDN without extra effort.

  • Checkout & conversion

Shopify's checkout is optimized and conversion-tested. No plugin hacks, no payment setup stress – Shopify Payments active in minutes.

Why switch from JTL Shop to Shopify?
Shopify

Why switch from JTL Shop to Shopify?

JTL is strong in WMS and fulfillment – but the shop frontend is often the bottleneck. Shopify brings a modern e-commerce experience without abandoning your WMS logic.

  • Modern shop, proven WMS

JTL WMS and ERP integration remain possible. Shopify takes over the modern shop frontend – we connect both cleanly.

  • Global standard

Shopify is the worldwide e-commerce standard. Multi-language, multi-currency and global payment methods are natively integrated.

  • Online & offline united

Shopify POS connects retail and online store in real time – inventory, customers and revenue from one platform.

  • Marketing & apps

Email, social commerce, SEO tools and analytics without hunting for JTL plugins. The Shopify ecosystem grows with your business.

Other shop system

Using a different shop system? We can still help.

Shopware 5, WooCommerce and JTL are our most common projects – but in principle we migrate from any shop system to Shopify. Just tell us what you use.
